DownloadAleksandra Paulina and Daniel love to cook and feed people passionately. These two foodies are cousins always discussing smoker wood and discovering a shared commitment to all things delicious. This passion has led them to do pop-up dinners, private parties, and catering events. And now the Kielbasa' n More food truck is rolling down your way.
We are not a restaurant, but we serve fantastic Polish food cooked with magic and filled with love, something you wouldn't normally expect from a food truck. We absolutely enjoy creating variations of the best Polish dishes based on products of the highest quality from local bakeries and butchers. We eat what we cook daily and it makes us happy.
Great-tasting Polish food is based on three major elements, quality ingredients, proven recipes, and a big heart for cooking. From locally cured Kielbasa to farm eggs, quality flour, and our own recipe garlic sauce – we smoke our fish and meets and care about the food we serve no less than our grandparents did when they handed on their secrets for tasty cooking.
Pierogi is the plural form of the word pieróg, a filled dumpling, one of the most recognizable Polish foods. These half-circular treats are made from unleavened dough and are stuffed with different fillings such as mashed potatoes and cheese, sauerkraut, cabbage, mushrooms, spinach, ground beef, or berries & fruits on the sweet side. Pierogi has been Poland's national dish since the 13th century and is enjoyed year-round by people of all ages.
Having originated in Poland, Kielbasa is a delicious food item that is now enjoyed around the world. Kielbasa is made with pork, pepper, salt, marjoram, and garlic; some recipes suggest adding 20% beef. The mixture is then stuffed into hog casings and then smoked. The result is a flavorful meat sausage that can be enjoyed in various ways. Many people like to grill their Kielbasa, while others enjoy slicing the link and cooking it with cabbage or sauerkraut.
You can't buy a hot dog like this anywhere in America. Our buns are imported from Poland; they are the most popular in Europe. Hot Dog (actually called "parowka") is a locally cured soft sausage, we suggest adding a European choice of ketchup, mustard and/or our recipe garlic sauce. Yummie!
We love our customers, visit us today and enjoy the best that Polish Cuisine can offer!
